1.67 million votes were rejected in recent Pakistan elections

Across Pakistan, around 1.67 million votes rejected in 2018 general elections. This figure was 11.7% more than 2013 polls in which 1.5 million votes were rejected. The report was shared by Free and Fair Elections Network, an election watchdog based on its monitoring of the entire polling process in the four provinces of Pakistan. Out of 100 million registered voters only about 51 per cent exercised their franchises.
