Google loses ‘right to be forgotten’ case in historic ruling

The right to be forgotten is a law which allows citizens of Europe to request search engine companies to remove links from their pages if they aren't worth keeping due to various reasons. A businessman who spent 10 years in jail for trying to intercept communications asked Google to remove information regarding that from their website. The judge ruled in his favour stating he had shown remorse and had mended his ways.
