Navy chief declined any failures of coastal security on US tourist killed in Andaman

US national John Chau was killed while attempting to visit the restricted North Sentinel island of Andaman. The Sentenelese guard their islands fiercely and they were protected by the Indian law that bars any contact with the indigenous tribe. Indian Nave Chief Sunil Lamba said that Chau's death was not coastal security's fault. He said that Chau had the required permits, and the authorities are investigating the case.
