Was it a drought that destroyed Indus civilization?

There were various theories about the possible reasons behind the destruction of Indus Valley, 4,350 years ago. Recently, IIT- KGP has found evidence that a 900- year- long drought had wiped out what used to be one of the oldest civilizations. The researchers were mapping monsoon patterns and found out that during that time, monsoon was affected badly, and people were forced to leave in search for livable places.
